There’s a high demand for leaders who can motivate a talented and engaged workforce, develop training and education initiatives, and solve critical problems. There is also an increasing need for skilled managers who can implement programs to address global and local social justice and health issues.

Convenient: The Master of Science in Administration is a fully online, 36-credit, 20-month program that includes an 18-credit focus in one of four career specializations:

  • Dynamic Leaders and Organizations
  • Education Leadership
  • Human Resources Management
  • Non-Profit Management

Trinity’s Master of Science in Administration develops leaders in public, private, and nonprofit organizations who can positively influence others to achieve goals and realize a shared vision.

Applicants seeking F1 Visas or those on B1 Visas are not eligible for admission, nor enroll in Graduate programs that are instructed fully online. This restriction does not apply to other Non-immigrant Visas.

Learn real-world applications of behaviors and attitudes of effective leaders rooted in positive values aligned with your organization’s strategic vision and mission. The program helps leaders develop unique attributes of self-awareness, self-mastery, interpersonal influence, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset.

Graduates of this program influence organizations including associations, businesses, consulting groups, government agencies, schools, colleges, museums, parks and recreation, hospitals, and public health organizations.

Dynamic Leaders and Organizations

This program is designed for education professionals who have a career interest in educational administration or educational program management and do not require professional licensure.

Human Resource Management

Are you interested in a career motivating a talented, engaged workforce? Engage in a program approved by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and designed to meet the SHRM competencies for leadership in human resources.  This prepares graduates who are both competent human resources managers and who are able to express themselves as leaders from the C-suite through all levels of the organization. The MSA in Human Resources Management prepares students for SHRM certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or HRCI certification (PHR, SPHR).

Students of the Human Resources Management program learn to:

School of Business & Graduate Studies Admissions Requirements

  • Applicants with pending and/or conferred bachelor degrees with a 2.8 or better cumulative undergraduate grade point average or its equivalent will be given priority consideration for full admission, with submission of an official copy of your transcript and the Statement of Purpose. In some cases, we will consider waiving the letters of recommendations and/resumes for applicants with strong academic standing.

  • We will consider all applicants with pending and/or earned bachelor degrees with GPAs under 2.8, however you must provide the Statement of Purpose, resume, and two letters of recommendation. Applicants who do not meet the academic criteria may be given provisional admission consideration.

  • Applicants who are denied full or provisional admission can be considered for admission as a Non-degree Graduate student. Non-degree Graduate students are allowed to enroll in a maximum of six credit hours or two graduate courses. Successful completion of the two graduate courses, having earned grades “B” or better are welcome to re-apply for full admission consideration. Non-degree applicants are responsible for financing their costs and are not eligible for federal financial assistance, which includes loans.

  • Applicants not seeking F1 Visas, permanent residents, or U.S. citizens who have college/university credit from an institution outside of the United States must submit official transcripts for a course-by-course evaluation with GPA calculation, by one of the agencies accredited by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
