Philosophy
I believe education should start with the lived experiences and expertise students already bring to the table—it’s our greatest resource in the learning process. My goal is to help each student grow in ways that enrich both their personal journey and professional aspirations.
More About
I’m proud to serve as an Assistant Professor and Program Chair of the Leadership and Organizational Management program here at Trinity Washington University—a place that helped shape my own academic journey. As a Trinity alum I believe learning should build on the lived experiences and unique expertise that each student brings to the table. My goal is to support personal and professional growth through education that’s empowering practical and purpose-driven.
With more than 20 years as both a federal executive and professor of organizational leadership I blend real-world insight with academic rigor. I’m also a keynote speaker and ICF Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) committed to helping individuals and organizations thrive. I’m currently completing my Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University and hold a Master of Science in Administration from Trinity as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at El Paso. Born in El Paso Texas I bring a deep passion for service and success to every learning experience.
