On Campus Work Study: Trinity Brand Ambassadors (TBAs)_Office of Admissions
Trinity Washington University’s Brand Ambassador program consists of a group of student leaders with a commitment and passion to growing Trinity’s student body. Trinity Brand Ambassadors (TBAs) draw on their personal experiences to highlight the opportunities and benefits of a Trinity education to prospective students and families. The primary responsibilities of a Trinity Brand Ambassador include: assisting the admissions team with campus tours, social media posts, and hallmark admission events (i.e., open house, counselors’ luncheon, preview days, and pre-registration activities). TBAs have a demonstrated record of academic success, campus and community involvement.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct outreach to students in the recruitment funnel (Oral/Written Communication; Professionalism / Work Ethic)
· Track student engagement ( Digital Technology; Oral/Written Communication; Professionalism / Work Ethic)
· Assist with campus tours (Oral/Written Communication; Teamwork / Collaboration; Professionalism / Work Ethic)
· Attend all paraprofessional training sessions ( Professionalism / Work Ethic)
· Assist in recruitment campaigns (Critical Thinking / Presentation Skills / Collaboration / Digital Technology)
· Participate in specified departmental activities (Teamwork / Collaboration)
· Make referrals to appropriate campus and community resources (Critical Thinking / Problem Solving)
· Communicate enrollment steps to prospective students (Digital Technology; Oral/Written Communication; Teamwork / Collaboration; Professionalism / Work Ethic)
· Willingness to share your Trinity experience ( (Digital Technology; Oral/Written Communication; Teamwork / Collaboration; Professionalism / Work Ethic)
Minimum Qualifications:

Completed 1 year of academic studies at Trinity

Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5
-
Excellent communication skills, including listening skills

Familiarity with Trinity’s policies, procedures and resources

Ability to relate and work with students from a variety of backgrounds

Experience with social media platforms
