Philosophy

My philosophy of teaching is to create an environment that allows students to reach their fullest learning potential. I believe the most meaningful learning outcomes arrive from setting realistic goals. It is best for a facilitator to know that every student’s learning style differs.
For me, the goal is to deliver content material to keep students engaged and wanting to learn. I teach the comprehensive management of children in health and in illness. The content material prepares students with the knowledge and skills applicable to real-life clinical settings. I give the building block which can be used for future development.
