What You’ll Learn

This radiography degree program is designed to assist students in obtaining their radiographer AAS degree in partnership with MedStar Washington Hospital Center Medical Imaging School of Radiology. Once students complete the pre-requisites (BIOL 101: Introduction to Biology; BIOL 121: Human Anatomy and Physiology I; BIOL 122: Human Anatomy and Physiology II; MATH 109: Foundations of Mathematics; ENGL 107: College Composition; HPNU 120: Medical Terminology; INT 109: Information Literacy), they are able to apply to the School of Radiology at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and enter the two-year program. Upon completion, students are eligible to sit for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) National Certification Exam. This exam allows you to work anywhere in the country

The program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education and Radiologic Technologyand is licensed by the DC Higher Education Licensure Commission.

Once you complete the two-year Radiology program, you are eligible to return to Trinity to complete your Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Radiography.
