Alumnae College
Alums participated in actual Trinity classes in many disciplines throughout the day, fully seeing our students and faculty in action!

Book Talk: The Student Debt Crisis
Our alums attended a book talk, keynoted by professor Jamal Watson, Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, who discussed his new book, The Student Debt Crisis: America’s Moral Urgency, which argues the student debt crisis is a civil rights issue requiring comprehensive reform to ensure accessible education without crushing debt. Alums raised many interesting points at the end of the book talk during the question and answer segment, and Dr. Watson signed copies of his book for attendees afterward.

“A profoundly moving, well-researched examination of a uniquely American crisis.”Library Journal, starred review

“As the student-debt crisis continues to persist, many will find this book insightful, well researched, and easy to read.”Booklist

Saturday, October 25 – Reunion!

Convocation and Senior Cap and Gown Ceremony in Notre Dame Chapel
Cap & Gown Academic Convocation is a special annual ceremony where seniors receive their caps and gowns, marking their invitation into the community of scholars. Alums joined our seniors from all five Trinity schools, their families, and our Trinity faculty, decked out in their regalia, as our Deans, Provost, and President McGuire addressed these soon-to-be alums, along with the President of the Alumni Association, Treva Smith, and the President of the Class of 2026. Read President McGuire’s remarks on her blog.

All-Alumnae/i Reunion Luncheon
This year, the annual reunion luncheon moved to Social Hall for an intimate and elegant experience. Classes sat together and broke bread, while President McGuire read the Class of 1975 50th reunion citation, before they were presented with their 50th reunion medals. This was followed by class meetings, and a Well Sing, as well as more tours of our gorgeous orange, red, and yellow, autumnal-peaked campus.
