Stephanie Johnson, MHRM, is the owner of Titan Lotus Consulting, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Mentoring Program Manager dedicated to helping individuals tap into their unique potential. She has extensive experience designing and facilitating transformational learning experiences. With deep expertise in Talent Management, Performance Development, and Career Transition Guidance, she brings a powerful, strengths-based approach to personal and professional growth.
